The integration and functionality of the system has allowed us to get rid of our old clunky ERP and ecommerce site. The inventory management, sales and order processing are slick saving us time but the best things are the ability to create customer specific hidden account areas on our website and to create assemblies for manufacturing. We use the hidden areas to simplify customer orders and processing of exclusive products we manufacture for them. The assembly creation gives us integrated stock control at a component level with the ability to immediately see how many products we can manufacture with current component holdings before assembly. Once assembled the stock levels of everything adjusts automatically. The embedded SEO elements has also been great help which is being reflected in our rankings.

Despite the mountain we had to climb to input all of our initial data it was worth it. Once input the system has dramatically improved and sped up day to day processes.
