EV Cables use Khoo Seller software to manage e-commerce sales

29 July 2016 14:00

EV Cables and BESEN UK have launched their consumer and wholesale websites, built on the Khoo Seller software platform. EV Cables use Khoo Seller software to process their orders from consumers, wholesalers, and Amazon Vendor, and enable them to sell in multiple currencies.

What does Khoo Seller do for EV Cables?

Khoo Seller provides a solution by which EV Cables will be able to link their Amazon Vendor account (via EDI integration) to the Khoo Seller order management software.

How does it work in practice for EV Cables?

EV Cables recently implemented the Khoo Seller Vendor solution which shortly enabled them to automate managing sales and expand their presence across multiple channels. EV Cables use the Khoo Seller software to process their orders from consumers, wholesalers, and Amazon Vendor, and enables them to sell in multiple currencies. They will shortly be adding integration with Amazon Seller and eBay.

The order management system is dynamically linked with their UK based warehouse to enable prompt order fulfillment whilst the accounts are integrated with their chosen accounting package. With stock control across all their selling channels, EV Cables are able to effectively manage their inventory with tailored stock policies. EV Cables are also setting up the Khoo Seller software to link in with their suppliers to enable seamless purchase order processing.

The end result is a cloud-based multichannel inventory management system that manages all of their sales in one place; their customers' orders from the website, their retailers' orders from their wholesale website, and across their chosen channels.

So, using the Khoo Seller software they are able to automate order processing, manage invoice creation/payments, communicate with their logistics partner, update stock levels and effectively target their customers by taking advantage of the extensive reports.
