The Business
Custom Propel Ltd was born out of a belief that life for people using wheelchairs should be fun, practical and as functional as possible, and that everyone deserves to look good! They have a high quality range of products that are tested to their limits daily by their customers.
In conjunction with their product range, they offer an independent wheelchair and seating consultancy. This helps wheelchair users to find the correct mobility products which are best for them.
The Challenge
Custom Propel came to us having been let down by a previous design company. They urgently needed an ecommerce website building because they had a launch date announced for their business launch and the site needed to be ready.
The KhooSeller Solution
We were provided with a strong brand document and working closely with an associate designer we were able to build a highly branded and functional website where UX was key. This was turned around quickly and training was given to the team at Custom Propel so they could edit and manage their own site.
It was essential that web visitors could find products quickly. The site wide search was added because it is perfect for immediate access to products and information.
Product attributes were created so that customers can easily drill down to find the product that they want. Once attributes are made these are simple to add to each product. Variants were also needed because many of the items that Custom Propel sell are clothing in different colours. Again once sets of variants are created these are simple to add to a product.
As a new business Custom Propel wanted to focus on selling and raising its profile. Therefore it was essential that the sales ordering process was automated and seamless. Inventory management ensured that only items in stock were available and related items helped with up-selling.
We have supported Custom Propel as their business has grown and been on hand to answer questions on all aspects of online selling. It is exciting to be part of this amazing company's journey, and we expect to see great things for Custom Propel as they increase their market reach.
