The Business

K.Ü.K.EUROPE GmbH supplies fencing tools, including Strainrite, to professionals throughout the EU.

The Challenge

Brexit brought many challenges for K.Ü.K.EUROPE, but having worked previously with Khoo Seller the company wanted to be able to offer a European site which could compete in the European market.

The site had to be engaging and easy to buy from. Apart from the desire for a strongly branded site that could be easily updated, K.Ü.K.EUROPE required the ability to have account customers who could be invoiced and receive goods prior to settling their account.

The KhooSeller Solution

With a clear brief of what the company wanted we initially created the branding for the website. Rod had clear ideas of what he wanted to reflect in the design and so we designed a logo, and chose fonts and colours for his website and for print.

To increase engagement with the website we produced a video for the main home page banner. This used a combination of footage of the products in action and still photographs. The video clearly illustrates the quality and application of the products sold by K.Ü.K, and gives visitors an immediate idea of the fencing tools available.

To help with sales to account customers we added in the ability to create draft orders that can be amended and used to create an order. Delivery options were added to reflect the costs of shipping throughout Europe and it was possible at checkout for the customer to add in their VAT number so that VAT is removed at checkout.

In addition the we added in Euros as the default currency, inventory management, targetted emailing marketing, and in-built optimisation. The final result was an engaging website that could be easily updated and maintained by members of K.Ü.K's team.
