What are the Khoocommerce monthly fees?
Your monthly hosting and license fee is calculated based on the functionality and channels you need, taking into account your estimated sales volumes. We will support you with a dedicated Account Manager who you will be able to reach for any reason.
How does setup work?
Setup and initial development is always different company to company. We start by taking a detailed and in-depth view of your processes and work with you to build an ideal outcome. This is a conversation that involves operations and sales managers. From there we will produce a development schedule, which can be as quick as 2-10 weeks, but this very much depends on the scope of work required and channel testing periods.
How are software updates managed?
Software is always evolving and improving, and upgrades are completed routinely as part of your subscription.
What is included within installation?
Khoo Seller installations include both the development setup and the operational implementation team (in the form of project management and on-site consultancy).
What support is provided around Khoo Seller?
Khoo Seller comes with extensive online support and a personal account manager. Online support is provided both through 24/7 email support and online support pages. Your Khoo Seller account manager who is the first point of contact for all things Khoo Seller including future functionality, any issues and plans for the future.
How long are your contracts?
All Khoo Seller plans have a minimum term of 6 months, as per our Terms and Conditions. Following your initial 6 months, we require 60 days notice for closing your account.

How long does the Amazon Vendor EDI integration take?
Some of our projects get up and running in 2 weeks - others can take a bit longer. We like to keep projects to a minimum and work within your timescales. Most of our work is completed within 2 months for a basic Amazon Vendor EDI implementation, but more complicated projects may need a bit more time to ensure smooth business process changeover. Please make your specific requirements known from the start so we can best accomodate you.
We have an existing WMS (warehouse management software), how do you work with this?
If you use a WMS already, please notify us what information you need sending (i.e. a picking detail list) and what formats we can send this in.
We work with a number of shipping partners, based on internal rules, can you cater for this?
Khoo Seller is currently integrated with a variety of shipping partners (UPS/DPD etc) and we appreciate deciding between pallets and cartons can involve internal rules. We will work with you to understand how we can optimise this as much as possible to speed up your freight team and reduce shipping costs.
We operate across multiple warehouses, can you cater for this?
Khoo Seller is a multi-warehouse system that allows for location tracking within each stock location. Equally if you fulfil across Europe from several warehouses this can be configured, too.
