Luminara's new look Increases Conversion Rates & time spent on-site
KhooSeller recently supported Luminara in refreshing their consumer website, and helped modernise the look over the summer. Luminara are flame-less virtual candles and they are also produce the only fragranced virtual candles in the world. The challenge of the website is therefore to help customers visual the products, giving them the look/feel as far as possible.
Luminara's goals were to give customers more information about the products, and help them find all the information they required, along with increasing online sales.
KhooSeller recommended a re-design that made heavy use of imagery of the products in-situ, and adding video content. This helps the products sell themselves and show their full potential.
Following the website redesign, the team noted:
- An increase in the average duration of a visitors time on-site (from 1min46secs to 2min16secs)
- A decrease in the bounce rate (from 47% to 38%)
- An increase in conversion rate to the highest since the website launched
